Kids, even high schoolers, like to create things as big as their imaginations. With the support of this project, you will help my students be able to map, graph, flow-chart, and "poster-ize" to their heart's content.
Teenagers, when allowed to be teens, love to create. While technology has taken the place of the chalkboard, books and paper are still a day-to-day reality in the classroom. They give a tactile, tangible reality to the work they are learning, enabling them to retain the information they are putting on paper much longer than note taking alone. Then, work will be displayed for other classes to envy, leading to more creativity! By the end of the school year, with your support, I intend to be covered from head to toe in student-generated work!
