These books (including Llama Llama Holiday Drama, Dream Snow, and more) will be read to the children and then they will have the opportunity to explore the books on their own in our reading center. We will be reading multiple books each day to all of our students because as we all know there is such power and inspiration that comes from reading to our children. Not only will it be a solid foundation for their future learning, but they will also be given the opportunity to travel the world through the pages of these books.
They will get to see and learn about things that they may only be able to experience through reading and this project will help foster that love of reading for the rest of their lives. Reading to our children is one of the key factors in their success as they go through school, because it helps build their vocabulary, it helps them understand the world around them, and it gives them a chance to experience creativity that can only be found in the pages of books.
