ASL is a completely visual language, and having the ability for students to engage in full ASL conversation is essential in mastering the language. My biggest class is 37 students, and these chairs will allow my classroom to be seated in a U-shape, which lets every student in the class be seen, and lets every student see me when I am teaching and giving exams. My class will also be engaging in partner and group activities to practice vocabulary and sentence structure, so being able to move students easily will make this process much more doable! These chairs will be the biggest blessing to me and my wonderful students! This set-up will provide a more intimate classroom, while encouraging full ASL immersion for my students!
