This will give the students the opportunity to read books towards our classroom Reading Program. The school does not have a reading program at this time and it is my hopes to get it started with this group of 5th Graders. Without the ability to read, daily tasks can be a struggle for many and this classroom library will allow students to check out and take many books home that they may not have readily available to them. It is my goal to instill a LOVE for reading with my students....My hopes are to establish a reading program within the school and be able to expand it to other grade levels, including High School!

About my class
