My student manage and maintain a smile on their face and learning mentality within their brains. Despite their circumstances they are always willing to learn. Learning equals growth and growth equals success.
As members of their families, and citizens of the school and community they never stop learning. They are life long learners and enjoy collaborating with each other each everyday. I want to help create a sense of community within the classroom, making it comfortably so theirs no stress when they are trying to learn.
Every year we start the school year with little to no supplies, with the majority of my students living in or below poverty. Coming to school is about the only place they can come and feel safe all while learning. I want my classroom to be interactive, safe, and welcoming. As I go into another year of teaching, I want my classroom to be suitable for the children. I want my students to be equipped with all learning resources making it suitable for them to learn and grow because the children are our future.
