iPads will continue to help my students learn their letters, numbers, and sight words independently. Data can also be gathered on the iPad while I am working with other students. For many students, iPads seem like a toy, but in the classroom, they will be a great learning material.
My kindergarten students will use these iPads to help them with hand-eye coordination, the identification of letters, sounds, and sight words as well as counting and solving math problems. The use of iPads in my classroom also helps me to work with other students, while gathering data on a student that is using an iPad.
