These materials will make a world of difference to my Special Needs students. The use of headphones at the listening center for every day reading and comprehension, will enable these students to stay focused and on task without being easily distracted. The students will also be able to use the other items to perform many assignments/projects and be organized, too. For instance, the calculators can be used to develop life skills for budgeting while they are shopping or paying bills. The other items requested are for art projects and activities. Since all students learn differently, art is another way of students expressing themselves!
