Science should be fun for students. This year in 4th grade I want my students to experience just that! We will be learning about life cycles of plants and animals, as well as animal classification and habitats.
What better way to teach them then to bring the animals to life in front of them! We will use the incubator to hatch chicks, the poster and manipulatives to watch it happen day by day, and we will use the light to monitor progress up close along the way. We will also get to see the butterfly life cycle, grow our own plants, and read engaging stories to dig deeper into our learning.
My students will get to experience something new and exciting that many of them may never get to experience again. I want this to be a memorable year for them, enjoying learning every step of the way.
