I teach two classes of reading every day using chapter books, as well as, basal readers to some awesome third graders. We currently have 10 iPads in our classroom which we utilize many times throughout our weekly learning.
iPads are able to reach all types of learners; kinesthetic, audio, and visual. iPads will add to the experiences my students will encounter in my classroom. Using these iPads, we will be able to research the authors of the novels we are reading. Using the iPads, QR codes, and Reading Apps, my students will be able to move around our classroom and learn instead of sitting at their desk for 90 minutes of their day.
