Giving students seating options in my classroom will allow for a atmosphere that is engaging and focused on learning. The goal with the flexible seating is to allow students to complete their work in a environment which is comfortable while at the same time challenging. As school is a safe place for many students, I want to make my classroom a place where they enjoy coming each day!
With this project I will be able to creating separate spaces for students to complete work. The rug and bean bag chairs will be used to create a reading space and meditation space. The stools will be used in the classroom as movable and adjustable seating so students can be flexible in finding the best work station in the classroom. The seating will allow for students to create better focus in the classroom and continue to develop each day!
