My goal is to promote the love of reading with the engaging picture books I have selected. I plan to incorporate picture books into my daily routine, as a way for students to make connections and to learn new information. Having ownership of these books will allow my students to reread the stories independently. My hope is that by reading aloud picture books, my students will develop a deeper appreciation for reading!
