My students are curious, endearing, and determined to get me off-topic lol:) We live in Southeast Kansas in a very low socioeconomic area. For example, 56% of my students are on free or reduced lunch. On top of that, Wilson County also has one of the highest concentration of individuals suffering a mental illness in our area.
I don't want my kids to feel those restrictions, and I do my best to broaden the world for them through literature and the study of the human experience. That's where you come in. I need your help. Every little bit helps my kids reach and fulfill their potential and expectations. Thanks for reading about us!
