My class of seventeen bright and eager 3rd and 4th grade students are asking me to bring more books into our classroom! They have spoken by filling out reading inventories letting me know the books they wish we could have on our shelves. I chose AKJ Education as our resource for building a list of books from their favorite genres: fiction, humor, mysteries, and non-fiction.
It is my first year in my own classroom, and I want to provide a rich learning environment for my students. By buying books for our classroom, you would provide my students the opportunity to explore books they enjoy and feel successful in reading. As adults we all have those books that we cherished as children. Please help fill our shelves with engaging literature and give my students the gift of a life long memory of getting lost in a good book! Thank you!
