The materials we are requesting for our classroom are things that we don't have. Our nonfiction library is outdated and very small. New books will help expose us to new ideas and materials and help us grow as readers. Flexible seating will provide my students with options that best meet their needs. This will allow students to make choices that best meet their needs and take control of their own learning. These items are going to help enrich our classroom experience and provide choice in many areas for all students. They will allow students to do what is best for themselves.
