I am excited to expose my students to Green Screen magic so they are able to create multimedia presentations and reflect on their learning. Sometimes students can be shy about presenting especially if they are learning a second language.
The iPad and stand will be used for video recording and pictures, this will allow them to create engaging videos and demonstrate what they learned; on the Green Screen they will be able to travel the world reflect on their learning.
The Green Screen app will challenge my students to use critical thinking skills and collaborate with each other.Green screen allows pupils to discuss, evaluate or reflect on their learning using their imagination and digital skills. Students can share a story or get into character using a background setting of their choice – this is a classic example of using technology to do things that would not be possible without technology as suggested with the SAMR model.
