Flexible seating actively brings students into the classroom-design discussion. It lets them identify the kinds of furniture, such as chairs, stools, rockers, etc., that they find most comfortable, and gets them motivated to learn. Who wants to sit on an uncomfortable chair on and off throughout the instructional day?
The students will also be learning through their kinetic skills as well. Who said that learning isn't fun? Through the engagement of using the Qball will get the students excited to learn, being engaged in the lesson, and just having fun all the while through learning. It's a proven fact that while students are moving around the classroom or even passing something around that keeps them on their knows improves their ability to think quicker and improves their attention and engagement in a lesson.
