We are requesting a carpet, lap desks,carpet spots and caddies. All of these tools will create a flexible space for my Kinders to become independent.
The carpet will be our main area to meet during morning meeting, daily lessons, as well as an area for a group to work during small group time. This spacious carpet and sit spots will give my students more personal space, which in turn will allow them to focus better.
These caddies will allow my students to easily grab their supplies and go. They will be able to bring their supplies quickly from one area to the next, which is important in a flexible classroom. The wobble seats and lap desks will give my students different seating to choose from. Having various seating options is ideal knowing that all of my students learn in different ways.
