These books (including Rumble in the Jumble, Blue on Blue, and more) will be used to teach music concepts and standards. Some of those standards include sound/pitch explorations, dynamics, tempo, and analyzing music. These books also make a strong connection to their Language Arts classroom.
These students are passionate about music and reading. Students in grade K-2 love then adults read to them. This is a great way to give them both! Tubby the Tuba and A Violin for Elva will be used to teach the orchestra instrument families, and give the students a story and connection to retain the information.
My students thank you and appreciate your support. Thank you!
