All of the books I've chosen are titles that my previous students have enjoyed and loved listening to during our daily read-alouds. All my classroom library books were lost when our school was damaged during last year's heavy rainfall and Hurricane Hanna. I have tried to remember all of the titles that were my students' favorites and am slowly trying to replace them. I just love seeing my students anxiously sitting around the carpet waiting for story time to begin. My Kindergarten students enjoy listening to books being read aloud to them. Through these wonderful titles, my students learn about characters, setting, genre, and plot.
