Playing with play-dough is a great way for young students to develop strength in their little hands! They are able to work on muscle tone by squishing, rolling, and flattening play-dough, which will help them become strong writers!
Playing with play-dough is also calming and therapeutic for young learners. Several students use it as a tool to calm down during the first day jitters or when they are missing their parents/caregivers.
Using the play-dough at the table is a great way for students to express their emotions. The letter stamps and utensils are just an added bonus to spark creativity!
