I believe that every student should have access to diverse reading material. I also believe that it improves a student’s motivation to be able to use materials that are not falling apart at the seams. Receiving a new class set of books will provide my students with the opportunity to read more and hopefully encourage them to become lifelong readers. I also feel that students should be exposed to a variety of literary genres, and I have selected books from various genres hoping to reach more of my students. I strongly believe reading is critical to a strong education foundation.

About my class
