Imagine this:
Family night at home,
Your daughter sits cross-legged on the couch, maybe on the floor (wherever she feels most comfortable), after the game you tuck her into bed knowing she will wake up for school in the morning.
She skips into the classroom and scans the room. there are so many choices for her education today. Should she sit on the stability ball to bounce out her jitters in math? Or the wobble stool to get out her energy before recess? Maybe sit cross-legged on the folded chair with a lap desk during the writing lesson? She settles on the bean bag chair with clipboard to begin her bell ringer; it reminds her of her couch at home. She's able to settle in and get ready to learn.
This is my goal for your children. I want to bring home life to school life. Why shouldn't children be just as comfortable at school as they are at home? Learning with choice.
