The requested books will allow my students to get lost in literature. They will come to my class with reading skills and leave as reading enthusiasts who relate to different types of characters. After reading great books like Hi, Fly Guy, they will use technology to express themselves. My students will be able to read an actual book. This will help them use their senses and track the words on the pages with their fingers, a skill that creates fluent readers. These kids will have a book in their book bags that they can read in their free time and talk about with their study partners. After reading, my class will use the Sansumg tablet as technology to create projects that express their feelings and knowledge about what was read.
