These materials will help my students be comfortable to get messy and get creative. I am asking for forty-seven aprons in a variety of sizes. I currently only have a limited amount of aprons to pass out to each class and I have gotten calls from parents about how their child's uniform was ruined in art class, and our student population is at or below the poverty level and parents can't afford to buy another shirt for their kids.
The carpet squares and bean bag seating supplies will help curb negative behaviors in the classroom and give students a chill out station.
Just these various supplies will make a big difference in my students' learning and social/emotional well-being.
