The use of hands-on materials allows students to touch, feel and see the process of a project. Each morning the students will receive bins with these activities and a given challenge. When students receive the Library of Manipulatives they can use their own creativity to build a personal project or work together to solve a problem presented in the kit.
The centers and bins in these kits allows for the students to work together in an organized small group collaboration.
Students will be learning cooperation, collaboration and various math, science, and reading skills while thinking they are just building and having fun.
