The use of a microscope in my class will play a huge role in our science curriculum. Students will not only get to learn about different insects, plants, spores... but they will also get a chance to see them up close. They will be able to get a better understanding of the items we are discussing.
Boogie boards will be a great addition to our class by replacing the old white boards and smelly markers. Students will use the boogie boards daily for spelling and math. They are faster and more efficient for student use. The students can erase words and work quickly, they don’t need to sharpen their pencil, and aren’t being consistently exposed to the use of the markers that somehow has a way of making it on to their skin.
By donating these items you will be helping my students explore their scientific curiosity. With this new equipment my students will have a successful year!
