Students will be researching North American Regions, and the culture of the Native peoples who lived there through a variety of projects.
They will be making dream catchers, totem poles, watching informational videos, and reading articles to gain knowledge about different regions. They will also be going on a field trip to enhance the local relevance of this project.
Students will need the color pencils for their final project. They will chose a region they want to study more intensely. They will create a poster project and present it to the class. The appearance of their project will be graded using a rubric; it must look nice! In order to gain this information, they will need to watch videos on their own, which is why we need the headphones for expert level work!
