Each student that walks through my door is so unique, but one thing that most of them have in common is the fact that when we try to focus and work they have the wiggles. When they test the students enjoy being able to relax on the carpet. During their quiet reading time the students enjoy laying on the carpet on a pillow or on a bean bag. There is generally about 6 students in my classroom at a time, so there is not enough places for the students to relax and enjoy their books.
By donating to our project you will help us be able to focus and increase our learning along with less behaviors along with being able to relax to really enjoy our reading. The ability to focus for the students makes a world of difference for these struggling readers and writers.
