My students need sensory items to help with sensory integration in the classroom. Sensory items will help my students to stay calm and focused on their learning. Items such as balance ball chairs will help my students that need to move around focus while they're working at their desk. Visual timers will help motivate students who need a visual reinforcement to complete time driven task. Liquid motion bubbler's will help students calm down. The mobile organizer will be used to help store student materials and sensory items.
Utilizing items like these in the classroom setting allows students with disabilities to remain focused, and helps to redirect them when they get frustrated.
