My gifted classroom has no math materials. I am a new teacher at one of the New Orleans middle schools and I need to set up my class for the coming academic year. My students need ten Texas Instruments - Scientific Calculators for learning to do middle school mathematical operations. We will be using these calculators to study the Stock Market. They will learn ratios and proportions, interest calculations and importance of savings. My students' parents are so excited about the real life projects and they are very supportive of my class. We really need your kind support to make this project possible.
