My students' goal is to learn more so that they can go to college. In order to be successful in school, reading is a number one priority. My classroom currently has no books inside which is limiting my students' chances of escaping into a book and building a strong love for reading. With all these books, my classroom will begin to build our classroom library so that my students can enjoy reading just as much as I did when I was their age. A lot of the books on this list are books that my students told me were their favorites on their All About Me surveys so I want to bring those favorites into our classroom so they can start the year off with all of their favorite books!

About my class
