Our students do a lot of hands on work and we need resouces to make this happen. We need scissors, glue sticks and paper to do more hands-on projects and assignments. We also need additional activities to do so we can increase their functional skills.
A lot of our current materials are old and need to be replaced or our supplies are almost depleted and need to be replenished. We do a lot of cutting out and our scissors are dull or have broken. We are also down to two glue sticks and having more would help the students work quicker. The construction paper would allow the students a chance to be creative with certain assignments. The money game will allow our students to work on financial word problems and counting money in real-life situations.
