These math manipulatives will assist with learning from home. Unlike typical developing students, my kiddos learn best when using a hands-on approach. Paper and pencil does not work for my students. I will use these manipulatives to give parents the tools they need at home to ensure learning takes place. I want to be able to provide parents with the resources that in class learning has while at the same time modeling for them how to best help their child. Whether it is by providing hand over hand assistance or ways of modeling lessons.
