This Food for Thought project is designed to help my students that don't eat a healthy meal in the morning and for my students that get sluggish throughout the day. Many of my students don't get a good nights sleep before school in addition to not eating or eating healthy. With these food items my students not only will get the nutrients they need to make it through the day but it will motivate them as well. My students comes from K-5th grade classrooms, so I not only will provide them with the extra assistance they need to made the grade but also the energy they need to stay focus and alert.
