My students come from low-income families, so I try to engage them in learning and make school a pleasant environment. The majority of my students are English Language Learners who need a lot of work with writing, vocabulary and current events. My students are great at working together to help one another learn. Playing learning games really lends a hand with helping them converse and work together.
