Students use a variety of different objects and materials daily. In order for our day to move smoothly, students need to know where materials are located. The materials should be readily available. The students should be able to access them easily and quickly.
Storage carts will help organize materials and papers necessary for use in reading and math. Each cart will be dedicated to a subject. The drawers will contain work for center time and materials necessary for success. The smaller storage drawers will be used for supplies such as scissors, glue sticks, etc. Storage containers will hold math manipulatives. Containers with labels help students easily find the materials needed.
