Students with autism are attracted to technology. Often they are unable to explain their thoughts and behaviors verbally. These laptop computers would allow our kids to access information for college, complete academic assignments, and build their technology skills for future endeavors. Historically, kids on the autism spectrum live at home after graduation and receive public assistance. It is our goal to empower them to excel in high school and post-secondary school.
These laptops will allow our students to do more than academics. They can use the technology to complete performance tasks, socialize with other students, explore career/college opportunities, and so much more.
