My students are in a brand new school this year. We are experiencing all of the joys of maintenance and repair. A lot of times, water fountains don’t work and the students could travel a long distance down the hall to get one drink.
Having a water bottle on the desk means less time spent finding water and less time missed on class instruction. These water bottles will be kept in the classroom to minimize loss. Each student will have their own personal water bottle and the ability to have access to a drink when they need it without missing out on important information in class.
