The counseling stuff I was given is several years or possibly even a decade old. The students at my school would enjoy hearing and reading books about emotions such as Train Your Dragon To Be Kind, My Mouth Is a Volcano, and How I Act. Counseling games like Stop, Relax, & Think or The Talking, Feeling, and Doing are quick fun games that allow my students to learn new skills while having fun. Last, but just as important, I would really like to help my students who are hurting due to the loss of a loved one read My Heart Hurts and have their own Grief Workbook.
