Since all my students are language learners, they face additional challenges in grasping and accessing the content areas skills. With a kidney table and a rug for fun interactive games I can teach them in a small group and I can provide high quality instruction tailored for their language and academic needs in these formative years of Kindergarten and 1st grade. This project can literally change lives and direct them for a brighter future!
Also, with a large rug students can be engaged in fun activities that promote their speaking and listening skills so fundamental for acquiring new skills and content information.
