My students must keep up with the latest advancements in science to spark their interest in STEM fields, for their future. Science is changing every single day, and so are the interests of my students. Students in my classroom like to make real-world connections to the Biology we study, to stay interested and motivated.
There is not currently a 3-D printer at my school, so receiving funding for the MakerBot Mini 3D Printer, would bring cutting edge technology to my classroom, and it would spark and hold my students' interest and keep them excited about learning Biology.
Students want and need to experience cutting edge technology! We can share this experience with other classes in our school! Thank you!
