Fourth grade students use calculators to check answers, experiment with different operations and for some of our curriculum games. It will be nice to have devices that work consistently. In addition, the highlighted keys will assist students in focusing on the area of the key pad that is important at this age level. In the past, students have had to share calculators and batteries had to be replaced frequently. The keys no longer work on many of them. Class time is important. Having calculators that work will increase time on task. Thanks for you consideration in donating to this project.
