My students are energetic learners who need to be engaged during all lessons. I am requesting some new hands on manipulatives to help them make real life connections to our word building and math lessons.
Today's students are tomorrows future, and they need to learn and make connections to their life outside of school so they can be successful.
The math manipulatives will help them learn what money is, that it has value. The letter tiles will help us learn to read and spell new words with a hands on approach. The playdough helps bring new texture to our learning and for many will help them make a larger connection to their learning. The case will help keep our letters together. The STEM bins allow us to think outside the box, exploring different ways of thinking. Together these items will keep my young learners engaged in new and innovate types of learning.
