A cozy classroom rug will help my students gather comfortably for read-alouds, and will serve as a comfortable place as they practice reading to self during literacy centers. The colorful spots on the rug will give each student their very own space to sit.
Five-year-olds need a space to call their own, and the rug will be used every single day in our classroom!
The rug will provide my students with the visual support they need to see where their own spot is located. It will eliminate distractions as they each will have a special space to help them learn and grow during carpet time. Thank you in advance for any support you give towards our project.
