I chose the Scholastic News because I can request this resource in multiple levels, which allows me to meet the different learning needs of my classroom. My students are in a low income area, and may not be able to purchase many reading materials to have at home. This is a resource that they can take home and keep. I think the topics will be interesting and engaging and motivate them to want to read. I think these newsletters will be enjoyable and inspire them to want to learn more. I look forward to hopefully being able to provide this resource to my students. Thank you for your consideration!
