Materials for this project will go directly to students by way of the library making it a true Media Center. Powerclix Frames for engineering and creativity, Cubelets for learning about modular electronics, and Ozobot to introduce robotics and beginner coding. Other materials for stimulating creativity could be LEGOs, cloth, felt, paint, various color paper, dry erase markers, and glue sticks. Replacement of consumables will be an ongoing concern for the makerspace. STEM related materials will greatly enhance our students' exposure to technology and engineering concepts. Added to the existing Expressive Arts curriculum, the makerspace will give our students a comprehensive education.
