Kindle Fires would greatly help my classroom. We live in a society where digital learning is important and I strongly believe in the use of technology within the classroom to better prepare the students. These Kindle Fires would be used for Literacy and Math workstations so students can access different apps for learning. They will also be able to use the camera feature and record themselves explaining why they did a problem a certain way. This can open up the students learning from their peers, rather than the class being teacher-centered. This tool would also be great for inquiry-based learning for Science when they investigate and research for projects as needed. Incorporating technology into the classroom is essential so they get the tools they need to be successful in life.
