My students need art supplies. We go through art materials like the cafeteria goes through cheese burgers and chocolate milk! Our materials are consumables. With an average of 211 students everyday, our supplies need to constantly be replaced. We want our students to learn hands-on, skill based and visual literacy, to help prepare them for a wide range of 21st century skills, but to do this, my students need a wide variety of supplies to work with.
Our immediate needs are paper and watercolor paints, to hopefully use within the next few weeks. Creativity can take many different forms, but sometimes ideas need to be pushed around on paper first just to see what can transpire.
