Our school is an LAUSD high-achieving Title 1 School, which means more than half of our student population is below the poverty line. Funding this project will give each student in our class equal access to our rigorous S.T.E.A.M. curriculum.Our students use IPads for research, formative assessments, coding, a variety of class projects. We really need our students to have charged iPads, to use daily in the classroom for learning. The students are eager beavers when it comes to using technology in the classroom, including Code.org, making iMovies, and using academic websites to further acquire much needed skills. The iPads must be secured, charged, and scored in our classrooms, so that they are available to students each day.
