I teach First grade at a Title I school in Victoria, Texas. We were affected by Hurricane Harvey and our resources are limited for this school year. With that said, my students love school and love to work with technology. Their favorite station is computers. We use Istation, accelerated reading and online readers in order to assist in our reading and math fluency. Our classroom currently has 4 desktop computers. Use of four Amazon Fires would give more time to more students on technology. My students are eager to engage in new technology and to be fluent in reading and math through the experience.
